4. Intellectual Property Infringement Claims

Consumer’s Right of Withdrawal

Commercial relations between the Buyer and ASERS Publishing (www.aserspublishing.eu) are governed by Government Ordinance No. 130/2000 on Consumer Protection concerning the conclusion and execution of distance contracts.

12. Applicable Law
By using the site ASERS Publishing (aserspublishing.eu), the user agrees to the fact that the Romanian laws will govern the terms and conditions of use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between users and Administrators ASERS Publishing (aserspublishing.eu) or associates / partners / affiliates. In the event of conflict will first try to solve them amicably, and if amicable settlement will not be possible, the conflict will be settled in court, according to Romanian laws.
